Here are the programs that we offer at Next Up Athletics. 
Not only do we have programs that will build your athlete up, but we also offer trainer lead classes for adults to reach your fitness goals.

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

This program will improve strength and power aspect in our athlete's performance.  The emphasis is on balance, strength and maximizing power.  This will improve

Youth Athletic Performance Class

This program is specifically geared towards providing dynamic training to improve the speed and agility aspect in our athlete's performance.  The emphasis is on body control and maximizing movement.  The drills that we go over in this class will improve

ATHELETIC PERFORMANCE CLASS


1 on 1
TRAINING

This program is for individual that wish to take a more direct route to their goals.  We monitor your intake and give you tips that will best fit your goals 

ADULT FITNESS

     Adult Fitness is a full body workout geared to fit all fitness levels from beginner to experts.   Trainer led program that will push you past your limitations, in 60 minutes classes you will improve

WORKOUT PROGRAM

Workout programs are comprehensive plans that are tailored to fit your individual goals.  The program will consist of 5 days engaged in training and 2 days off for rest and active recovery.  Mixing in 3 resistance training days and 2 high intensity days.  Exercises should be completed in 60-90 minutes.  We offer programs ranging from 6, 8, and 10 weeks.
