Training Programs


Here are the programs that we offer at Next Up Athletics. 
Not only do we have programs that will build your athlete up, but we also offer trainer lead classes for adults to reach your fitness goals.



1 on 1
TRAINING

The private training programs are based on each individual's specific goal. We track and measure our clients progress to get the best possible results.

Athletic Assessment (35.00) is required for all athletes. This assessment needs to be scheduled with Next Up trainer.

Jump Start Bootcamp


These adult fitness bootcamps are full body workout geared to fit any fitness level. Trainer led AM program will start your day off with an exciting workout that will push you past your limitations, in this 60 minutes class you will see improvement:

Cardio
Reduce body fat %
Conditioning Flexibility / Balance
Stress Relief

Finish Strong Bootcamp


 These adult fitness bootcamps are full body workout geared to fit any fitness level. Trainer led PM program will end your day off with an exciting workout that will push you past your limitations, in this 60 minutes class you will see improvement:

Cardio / Reduce body fat % / Conditioning Flexibility / Balance / Stress Relief

SPEED & PERFORMANCE
CLASS

This class will create powerful, explosive athletes in any sports field. We focus on multidirectional movements and core strength mixed with technique to eliminate wasted energy and negative movements.

Create a player profile and schedule an athletic assessment to track your athletes progress periodically to see the physical results and improvements your athlete is making in the program!

WORKOUT PROGRAM


The workout programs are comprehensive plans that are tailored to fit your goals. We want you to commit to a minimum 4 days a week of intense fitness exercises that fit your fitness level.  This program requires before and after photos, bi-weekly weigh ins, measurements for the best results.
 
The program will consist of 5 days engaged in training and 2 days off for rest and active recovery. 

Mixing in 3 resistance training days and 2 high intensity days.  Exercises should be completed in 60-90 minutes.  We offer programs ranging from 6, 8, and 10 weeks.
